Alyssa’s passion extends from a creative background in mixed media art, which has heavily influenced her portfolio as a project lead on designs from an early age. She is deeply involved in projects from inception to completion, often on the job site from the concrete phase up to installation of product, managing every aspect with a keen eye for space planning, staging, and selecting finishes. Fidel De La Rosa

Fidel De La Rosa is the Logistics Manager at Andaaz Manufacturing, where he oversees the entire logistics process, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods and maintaining optimal inventory levels. Fidel’s journey in logistics began with his fascination for the logistics flow within manufacturing environments, sparking a passion as he witnessed the transformation of raw materials into finished products. Azizan Tukiaman

Azizan Tukiaman is a seasoned Procurement Manager at Andaaz Manufacturing, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of the supply chain from issuing purchase orders to managing vendor payments and order receipts. With a background in engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing from the National University of Malaysia, she has been involved in diverse aspects of engineering, including the fabrication and supply of specialized material handling equipment for both onshore and offshore platforms.

Throughout her career, Azizan has demonstrated expertise in estimating, evaluating technical and commercial specifications, approving purchase orders, and overseeing project management. Her approach to procurement is shaped by her experience in handling complex projects and navigating challenges such as price fluctuations, production delays, and workforce changes. Outside of work, she is dedicated to her family, drawing strength and resilience from her time with them. Passionate about procurement, she emphasizes the importance of teamwork and enthusiasm for success in the manufacturing industry.

Daniel Russell

Daniel Russell is an Estimator at Andaaz Manufacturing, where he collaborates with factories to create accurate cost models, utilizing tools like Excel to minimize financial risks. With a background in architecture and a minor in project management from the University of Houston, Daniel combines his analytical skills with technical expertise to deliver precise estimates and specifications. He frequently uses software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, along with project management platforms like Monday.com and Slack to track progress and streamline workflow.

Before joining Andaaz, Daniel gained diverse experience working in various manufacturing roles from factory operations to designing casegoods.
