Step 1 — Bidding & Estimation
We provide transparent, shipping-inclusive quotes with no minimum order quantities. Our estimating team can also support value engineering options and early budget pricing to help you plan with confidence.
Typical timeline: 1–2 weeks
Step 2 — Kickoff & Engineering
After a purchase order is issued, your dedicated project manager is assigned and a kickoff meeting is scheduled to review scope, milestones, approvals, and logistics. Our engineering team begins shop drawings within 7–10 business days, detailing construction methods, materials, and hardware for build accuracy.
Step 3 — Finish Samples
We provide custom finish matches based on your material direction, including stains, laminates, metals, quartz, and fabrics.
- Digital approvals: 10–15 business days
- Physical samples: 15–20 business days
Step 4 — Model Room & Prototype
Before full production, we build a model room and provide complimentary installation support so your team can review:
- Design accuracy
- Proportion and scale
- Joinery and construction methods
- Finishes and materials
This step ensures full alignment before production and helps prevent costly revisions during installation.
Step 5 — Full Production & Quality Control
Once approved, model room production takes 3–4 weeks, followed by 4–6 weeks for full production depending on scope. Our on-site QC managers inspect each stage of production — from raw materials through assembly — with weekly progress reports and photos shared with your team.
Step 6 — Shipping & Installation
We coordinate both ocean freight (4–6 weeks) and air freight (10 days) based on your project schedule. Whenever possible, we ship fully assembled pieces to reduce install time and risk. Our team also provides complimentary on-site model room installation support to guide your team through a smooth rollout.
